  • ⅓ cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup of dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spring greens, fennel, apples, walnuts, feta cheese, and dried cranberries.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
