How To Make Water Chestnut and Beef Skewers Recipe
Tender and juicy slices of beef paired with crispy water chestnuts on a skewer.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 1 cup water chestnuts, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 4 skewers
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

Add the sliced beef to the marinade, mix to coat evenly, and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Thread marinated beef and sliced water chestnuts onto skewers.

Grill skewers for about 3-5 minutes on each side, until the beef is cooked through and slightly charred on the outside.
