How To Make Soy Marinated Beef Skewers Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 wooden skewers, soaked in water

In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, and black pepper.

Add the beef cubes to the marinade and mix well to ensure each piece is coated.
