How To Make Lemongrass and Chili Beef Skewers
Delicious skewers with tender beef infused with lemongrass and a spicy kick of chili.

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 2 stalks lemongrass, outer leaves removed and sliced thinly
- 2 red chilies, sliced thinly
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Thread sliced beef, lemongrass, and chili onto the skewers, alternating between ingredients.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper.

Brush skewers with the soy sauce mixture.

Grill skewers on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until beef is cooked to your preference.
