- 4 ears of sweetcorn, husked
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, finely chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, smoked paprika, lime zest, and juice until well combined. Set aside.

Grill the sweetcorn for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and tender.

Remove the sweetcorn from the grill and let it cool slightly. Cut each ear into half for easier serving.

While the corn is still warm, spread the smoked paprika and lime butter evenly over each piece, using a spoon or brush.

Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and garnish with fresh cilantro.
