How To Make Pork & Sage Sausage Rolls

Ingredients
- 500g ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh sage
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, sage, onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and cut it in half lengthwise. Place a line of the pork mixture down the center of each half.

Fold the pastry over the filling and press the edges to seal. Cut each roll into smaller sausage rolls.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the second sheet of puff pastry.

Place the sausage rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with beaten egg.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the sausage is cooked through.
