  • 2 medium summer squash, sliced

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add the sliced summer squash and dried thyme to the skillet.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Sauté the squash for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and lightly browned.

  6. Serve hot as a side dish.
