Ingredients
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups parsnips, peeled and sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, add potatoes, carrots, parsnips, and minced garlic. Fill with water until vegetables are covered.
