How To Make Root Vegetable Mash Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 parsnips, peeled and sliced
  • 1 small turnip, peeled and cubed
  • 4 tbsp of butter
  • 1/3 cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, boil the vegetables in salted water for 20-25 minutes or until they are soft.

  2. Drain the vegetables and put them back in the pot.

  3. Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper to the vegetables. Mash them until you reach the desired consistency.

  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
