How To Make Rhubarb Bread Recipe
A sweet and tangy bread bursting with rhubarb flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 cup diced rhubarb
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup canola oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, milk, and canola oil.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix just until combined.

Fold in diced rhubarb.

Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
