How To Make Rhubarb Pudding

Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced rhubarb
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the sliced rhubarb and granulated sugar. Mix well to coat the rhubarb in sugar.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the melted butter and beaten eggs. Stir until mixture is well combined and smooth.

Pour the rhubarb mixture into a greased baking dish.
