Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized turnips, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the cubed turnips. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until tender.

Drain the cooked turnips and return them to the pot.
