How To Make Mixed Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 broccoli head, chopped into florets
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add onion and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.

Serve hot with rice or noodles.
