  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a sauté pan, cook the broccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and garlic until tender.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme.

  4. Stir in cooked vegetables and cheese.

  5. Pour mixture into pie crust.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until quiche is set and crust is golden brown.
