Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the carrots with maple syrup, melted butter, salt, and pepper.

Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the carrots are tender.
