Ingredients

  • 1 cup of pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1 package of pre-made mini tart shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.

  3. Spoon the pecan mixture evenly into each mini tart shell.

  4. Place the tart shells on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
