Spiced Maple & Pecan Cheesecake Bars Recipe

How To Make Spiced Maple & Pecan Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Whipped cream, for serving
  • Pecan halves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, chopped pecans, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.

  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix until well combined.

  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the heavy cream. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish.

  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the baking dish.

  6. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight to set.

  7. Cut into squares and serve with a dollop of whipped cream. Garnish with pecan halves.
