How To Make Curried Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder (optional for extra spiciness)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion becomes translucent.

Add curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder (if using). Stir well to combine and cook for another minute.

Add cauliflower florets to the pan and stir to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.

Pour in coconut milk and season with salt. Stir well and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cauliflower becomes tender.

Once the cauliflower is cooked, remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
