How To Make Cabbage and Noodles

Grab a bite of our mouthwatering cabbage and noodles for your next dinner meal! It’s also loaded with tasty sausages for a more belly-filling meal.

  • 12ozkielbasa,or sausage, sliced
  • 2tbspolive oil,divided
  • ¼cupsalted butter
  • 1onion,large, diced
  • ½cabbage head,chopped to approximately 6 to 7 cups
  • 1garlic clove,minced
  • cuppeas,frozen
  • 8ozegg noodles,uncooked
  • salt and fresh ground black pepper,to taste


  1. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

  3. Cook the sausage until lightly browned.

  4. Add the remaining olive oil, butter and onion.

  5. Cook for 5 minutes until softened.

  6. Add the cabbage and garlic, then cook for 10 to 15 minutes until tender.

  7. Stir in the peas, noodles, salt, and pepper.

  8. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.

  9. Serve warm, and enjoy!
