- 1 bunch of collard greens, stems removed and leaves chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant and softened.

Add the collard greens to the pot, stirring to combine with the garlic and onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the greens start to wilt.
