Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 head lettuce, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the frozen peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the torn lettuce leaves and chopped mint to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let the peas and lettuce braise for 5 minutes, or until they are tender.

Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish.
