How To Make BBQ Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium heat.

Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, BBQ sauce, cooked rice, diced onion, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper.

Stuff each bell pepper with the beef mixture, pressing it down firmly.

Place the stuffed peppers directly on the grill grates and close the lid. Cook for 30-40 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the beef is cooked through.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of each pepper and grill for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the peppers from the grill and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
