Ingredients

  • 4 sweet peppers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peppers, onion, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to coat the vegetables evenly.

  3. Place the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket and spread them out in a single layer.

  4. Air fry for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the peppers and onions are tender and slightly charred.

  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot as a side dish or topping for sandwiches, burgers, or salads.
