How To Make Japanese Beef Stir-Fry Recipe
This savory stir-fry dish is made with tender beef, crunchy vegetables, and a delicious sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- Steamed rice, for serving
Instructions

In a wok or large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.

Add the bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger to the wok and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is coated in the sauce.

Serve the stir-fry over steamed rice and garnish with thinly sliced green onions.
