How To Make Egg-Fried Noodles with Beansprouts

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups of beansprouts
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sliced onion to the pan. Cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper to the pan. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.

Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

Add the cooked noodles and beansprouts to the pan. Stir-fry everything together for a few minutes until heated through.

Pour the soy sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine all the ingredients.

Remove from heat and serve the egg-fried noodles with beansprouts hot.
