  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Rinse the beansprouts under cold water and drain well.

  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and sesame seeds.

  3. Add the beansprouts to the marinade and toss well to coat.

  4. Let the beansprouts marinate for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.

  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated beansprouts.

  6. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the beansprouts are slightly wilted and cooked through.
