  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

  2. Dip each tilapia fillet into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Fry the breaded tilapia fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.

  5. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
