  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups carrot slices
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, and sauté until fragrant and onions become translucent.

  3. Add broccoli florets and carrot slices, and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

  5. Pour the sauce over the cooked vegetables and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until well coated.

  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
