How To Make Thai Beef & Broccoli Noodle Bowl

Ingredients
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth. Pour the sauce into the skillet and bring to a boil.

Add the broccoli and carrots to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Return the beef to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables and sauce.

Divide the rice noodles among 4 bowls. Top with the beef and broccoli mixture.

Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
