- 8 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 packets instant noodles
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup chopped bok choy
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil.

Add the instant noodles and cook according to package instructions.

Stir in the mushrooms, cooked chicken, bok choy, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
