Ingredients

  • 8 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 packets instant noodles
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup chopped bok choy
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil.

  2. Add the instant noodles and cook according to package instructions.

  3. Stir in the mushrooms, cooked chicken, bok choy, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

  4. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
