Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- 2 qt. whipping cream
- 6 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped, optional
- 1 bag bacon bits
- Cheddar cheese, shredded, as desired (optional)
Instructions

Bake potatoes until done, for about 45-60 minutes in a 400-degree oven. Let cool.

Cut the potatoes into cubes. You can leave the peel on if you want.

Pour whipping cream, cream of potato soup, potatoes, onion (if desired), and bacon bits into a crockpot.

Cook in the crockpot on high for 1 hour, then turn to low for 3-4 hours or more.
