- 2 cups fresh peas
- 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices prosciutto

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook until softened.

Add the fresh peas and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, until the peas are tender.
