- ½cupwhite rice,uncooked, regular long-grain
- 1tbspfresh parsley,chopped
- 1canvegetables,mixed

In large saucepan mix broth and rice. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 20 minute or until rice is done.
