- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Bisquick mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions, celery, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
