How To Make Black Bean Soup Recipe
Warm and comforting soup made with black beans, veggies, and spices.

Ingredients
- 2 cans of black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 bell pepper (diced)
- 2 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1/4 cup of cilantro (chopped)
Instructions

In a large pot, sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until tender.

Add black beans, broth, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Simmer for 30-40 minutes.

Use an immersion blender or transfer to a blender to puree some of the soup to a smoother consistency.

Stir in lime juice and cilantro.

Serve hot.
