Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz each) of white beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, sauté for about 5 minutes or until softened.

Add beans, broth, rosemary, and red pepper flakes.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
