  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine frozen corn kernels, heavy cream, cream cheese, butter, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Cook on low heat for 4 hours, stirring occasionally, until the corn is tender and creamy.
