How To Make Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Egg noodles or rice, for serving
Instructions

In a slow cooker, combine the chicken, onion, mushrooms, garlic, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.

Stir in the sour cream until well combined. Cook on low for an additional 15 minutes.

Serve the chicken stroganoff over egg noodles or rice. Garnish with fresh parsley.
