How To Make Slow-Cooked Green Beans

- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Place the green beans, onion, and garlic in a slow cooker.

In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
