  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions and set aside.

  2. In another pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir until smooth.

  3. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.

  4. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

  5. Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until combined.

  6. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
