How To Make Easy Gluten-Free Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

- 8 oz gluten-free macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Cook the gluten-free macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the gluten-free all-purpose flour and whisk until combined.

Gradually add the milk while whisking constantly. Continue to whisk until the mixture thickens.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.

Add salt and black pepper to the cheese sauce and mix well.

Pour the cheese sauce over the cooked macaroni and stir to combine.
