  3. Thread the prawns, chorizo, and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between them.

  4. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, until the prawns are pink and cooked through.

  5. Remove the skewers from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
