How To Make Chorizo & Prawn Skewers

Ingredients
- 16 large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz chorizo, sliced into rounds
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add prawns, chorizo, bell peppers, and onion. Toss well to coat.

Thread the prawns, chorizo, and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between them.

Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, until the prawns are pink and cooked through.

Remove the skewers from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
