How To Make Spaghetti with Prawns, Chilli & Rocket

Ingredients
- 400g spaghetti
- 250g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups rocket leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese, grated (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced chili. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Stir in the cherry tomatoes and rocket leaves. Cook for another 2 minutes until the tomatoes are softened and the rocket leaves have wilted slightly.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Divide the spaghetti among four plates and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
