How To Make Smoked Salmon, Cucumber, Capers & Soda Bread

Ingredients
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp capers
- 4 slices of soda bread
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place the soda bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 10 minutes, until crispy.

In the meantime, arrange the smoked salmon, cucumber slices, and capers on a serving platter.

Once the soda bread is toasted, remove from the oven and cut into smaller pieces.

Serve the smoked salmon, cucumber, and capers with the toasted soda bread slices.
