How To Make Smoked Salmon, Cucumber, Capers & Soda Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 4 slices of soda bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Place the soda bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 10 minutes, until crispy.

  3. In the meantime, arrange the smoked salmon, cucumber slices, and capers on a serving platter.

  4. Once the soda bread is toasted, remove from the oven and cut into smaller pieces.

  5. Serve the smoked salmon, cucumber, and capers with the toasted soda bread slices.
