Ingredients

  • 1 lb hot-smoked salmon fillet, flaked
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, boiled and halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flaked hot-smoked salmon, baby potatoes, red onion, dill, and capers.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.

  4. Serve the salad chilled and enjoy!
