  • 8 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice

  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp capers
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of crusty bread, toasted

Instructions

  1. Lay the smoked salmon slices on a platter, slightly overlapping each other.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon zest, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, dill, capers, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the smoked salmon.
