How To Make Smoked Salmon Carpaccio

Ingredients
- 8 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp capers
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 slices of crusty bread, toasted
Instructions

Lay the smoked salmon slices on a platter, slightly overlapping each other.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon zest, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, dill, capers, salt, and black pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the smoked salmon.
