How To Make Smoked Salmon & Avocado Terrines

Ingredients
- 8 slices of smoked salmon
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, mash the avocados with lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Line 4 ramekins with plastic wrap, leaving enough overhang to cover the terrines.

Lay 1 slice of smoked salmon in each ramekin, allowing it to hang over the edges.

Spoon a layer of avocado mixture into each ramekin and smooth the top.

Repeat the layers, ending with a slice of smoked salmon.

Fold the overhanging plastic wrap over the top of each ramekin and press down firmly.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.

To serve, remove the plastic wrap, invert the ramekins onto serving plates, and gently remove the terrines.

Garnish with additional dill, if desired, and serve chilled.
