How To Make Tear-and-Share Feta Flatbreads

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, dill, or oregano)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the yogurt and olive oil to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.

Lightly flour a clean surface and knead the dough for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each portion into a round flatbread.

Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and chopped herbs evenly over the flatbreads, pressing them into the dough slightly.

Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the flatbreads are golden brown and cooked through.
