How To Make Shoyu Ahi Poke

Bring Hawaii to your home with this easy to make shoyu ahi poke recipe. A bowl of mixed vegetables and seasoned raw tuna drizzled with soy sauce.

  • 1lbsushi grade tuna,cut into ¾-inch cubes
  • ¼cuponions,thin sliced
  • ½cupscallions,green parts only, sliced
  • 2tbspreduced sodium soy sauce,use coconut aminos for Whole30/Paleo
  • 1tspsesame oil
  • ½tspsambal oelek or sriracha


  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and gently fold until mixed well.

  2. Serve immediately or cover tight and refrigerate for up to a day.
