How To Make Sea bass with asparagus & Jersey Royals

Ingredients
- 4 sea bass fillets
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 500g Jersey Royals, washed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the sea bass fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, toss the asparagus and Jersey Royals with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Arrange the seasoned vegetables around the sea bass fillets on the baking tray. Top with lemon slices.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sea bass is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
